Your profil:

  • CATP/DAP (or higher) in the hotel industry with at least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP standards

  • Mastery of the usual computer tools

Administrative Collaborator

We are currently looking for an administrative collaborator for our Sports Department.

Your tasks :

  • General planning of the Centre's sports activities
  • Organisation of projects (sports events and courses)
  • Development and follow-up of offers for private clients
  • Administrative follow-up of corporate offers
  • Management of the Centre's sports equipment and facilities
  • Accounting, invoicing and statistical reporting

Your profile :

  • Secondary education (Bac) or equivalent professional experience
  • Perfect oral skills of the 3 official languages is imperative, fluency in English being an asset
  • Good writing skills (French / German)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to take initiative
  • Sense of responsibility and management of priorities
  • Ability to analyse and summarise
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit / Flexibility
